BRADEN SMITH Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Braden Smith began his career in Washington, D.C. with Vornado Charles E. Smith in multifamily asset management before joining the Vornado Realty Trust New York City office. There, he worked in both management and leasing of the 3.1m square foot Manhattan retail portfolio. His purview spanned trophy assets such as the St. Regis retail condo and urban thoroughfares such as Penn Station, and everything in between. Braden founded BGS Development in 2018 with a focus on Southeastern residential development. Since its founding, BGSD has developed principally single family luxury assets in Palm Beach, Florida and opportunistically developed multifamily assets in other Southeastern markets. 

Braden holds a B.S. from Lehigh University. He currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his family.
